Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with EASTERN. Opening Round 001 is produced in limited numbers, so please read this policy before ordering.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please contact us at hello@easterngolf.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or colourway, get in touch at hello@easterngolf.co.uk and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. As Opening Round 001 is a limited run, we can't guarantee stock will still be available.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

Return postage
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
