Shipping policy

EASTERN is built in Suffolk, and each Opening Round 001 order is produced in limited numbers. Please read the details below before you order.

Production time
Because items are produced to order in small batches, please allow up to 10 working days for production before your order is dispatched. This is separate from delivery time.

Delivery
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days via a tracked courier service. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves us.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

UK only, for now
At launch, EASTERN ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We're looking at international shipping for future collections.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking information within 10 working days of ordering, please contact us at hello@easterngolf.co.uk.

Delays
As a small, locally produced brand, occasional delays can happen, particularly around launch periods. We'll always email you if something is going to take longer than expected.
